Benefits Full suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) Room for career advancement and professional growth Responsibilities Prepare and post month‑end journal entries accurately and on time Compute commissions, bonuses, rebates, and royalties per agreements Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Post transactions and maintain data accuracy in multiple ERP systems Support variance analysis and timely financial reporting Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure data integrity and timely processing Participate in ad‑hoc projects to improve processes and expand expertise Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 2+ years of accounting experience (multi‑entity or fast‑paced environment preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications Experience with multiple ERP systems (Sage MAS 100, Sage 500, NetSuite, Microsoft AX, Microsoft Dynamics) Strong accuracy, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines Proactive, detail‑oriented, and adaptable in high‑volume environments Ability to work independently and as part of a team High ethical standards and integrity Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
