Job Description

• Create Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' requirements and design bespoke rehabilitation strategies aimed at helping them achieve their functional ambitions.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-driven methods to improve motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living functions for your patients.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide integrated, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers through therapy techniques, enabling continuous improvement at home.
• Track and Adapt Treatment Progress: Record clinical outcomes and modify approaches as needed, ensuring alignment with patient goals.

Education

• Earned a degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Continued education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
