This correctional facility provides outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to adult patients in a secure government clinical environment in Kentucky. The facility operates with established protocols suited to corrections-based healthcare delivery to ensure continuity of care. Clinical workflows are structured to support consistent and professional care delivery within the correctional setting.

Kentucky offers a range of attractions suited to varied interests, including the Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland race courses, and the Newport Aquarium. Outdoor destinations such as Red River Gorge and Mammoth Cave provide notable natural experiences, while bourbon distillery tours along scenic rural routes remain a draw for visitors. Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to adult patients in a correctional facility setting in Kentucky, working Monday through Friday during day shift hours for a total of 40 hours per week. The expected caseload is 15-25 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities including the delivery of primary care services within the corrections environment and the maintenance of accurate clinical documentation. No call coverage is required for this position. Prescriptive authority is required, and board certification is negotiable.
