Job Title: Assembler - Industrial Manufacturing Equipment
Job Description

Join a dynamic team dedicated to assembling industrial manufacturing equipment. This is a contract-to-hire position with a focus on long-term employment. We are seeking individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble industrial manufacturing equipment according to specifications.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly techniques.
• Work from blueprints and other technical documents.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient assembly processes.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

• Basic understanding of production and assembly processes.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Familiarity with reading blueprints.
• Mechanical assembly skills.

• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as turning a wrench.

Work Environment

The work environment is clean and partially climate-controlled, ensuring comfort during your shifts. The regular shift schedule is Monday through Thursday from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with the possibility of working some Fridays and Saturdays due to project demands. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jefferson City, TN.

The pay range for this position is $18.32 - $18.32/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Jefferson City,TN.
