Ive been a State Farm agent for over 34 years and have proudly called Freehold home for the past 24. Outside the office, Im an avid adventurer who loves golfing, cycling, hiking, and spending time outdoors in every season. Family is at the heart of everything I do both in my personal life and in how I run my agency.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ed Hocker - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
