Shift Manager

Job Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness. They plan for each shift, monitor performance, take corrective action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift. They may also be responsible for meeting shift targets and helping their assigned departments meet goals.
