Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual needs and develop personalized therapy programs designed to help clients reach their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Modalities: Leverage proven techniques to enhance clients' motor skills, cognitive function, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work in unison with OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nurses to provide comprehensive and holistic care
• Educate Patients and Families: Offer insights and guidance on therapeutic practices to support continuous improvement at home
• Track Progress and Outcomes: Monitor clinical developments and adapt treatments as needed to keep patients aligned with their recovery goals

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited academic institution
• Encouragement for ongoing education or post-graduate certifications

Licensure

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
