Responsibilities Meet with homeowners to inspect and evaluate exterior remodeling needs Educate customers on roofing, siding, window, door, and gutter solutions Present customized proposals and financing options Guide customers through retail and insurance restoration projects Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional service Manage your sales pipeline from lead to project completion Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections Previous sales experience is required Experience in roofing, remodeling, construction, or in-home sales is a plus Preferred Skills Previous sales experience is required Ability to effectively use a CRM to promote proper follow up protocol Ability to negotiate high ticket agreements Pay range and compensation package $100,000–$250,000+ annually Uncapped commissions Performance bonuses Company provided leads #J-18808-Ljbffr Ridge Top Exteriors
