Seasonal Travel RN - Labor & Delivery

Location: Denver, CO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Seasonal Travel RN for our Labor and Delivery unit. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a fast-paced acute care environment and be capable of providing exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to labor and delivery patients, ensuring high standards of practice and adherence to protocols.
Assist in vaginal and cesarean deliveries, as well as other gynecological procedures.
Monitor fetal heart rates and implement appropriate interventions.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure positive patient outcomes.
Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Labor and Delivery experience.
Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (FM) or AWHONN certifications.
Experience with Meditech is preferred.
PACU and OR experience is a plus.
