Als Senior Online Marketing Manager erwarten Sie neben der Verantwortung für die Steuerung unserer Online Marketing-Kanäle hinsichtlich Traffic-Generierung und Conversion Rate-Optimierung auch andere spannende Aufgaben, u.a. die Weiterentwicklung des Bereiches Online Marketing hin zu einem Treiber für Brand-Building. Ihre Aufgaben Weiterentwicklung & Steuerung unserer Online Marketing-Kanäle hinsichtlich Traffic-Generierung und Conversion Rate-Optimierung Budget- und Personalverantwortung im Bereich Online Marketing Ergebnisanalyse der Marketingkanäle Konzeptionierung & Implementierung von Online Marketing-Projekten unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Marketingtrends Abteilungsübergreifende Online Marketing-Projektsteuerung Briefing unserer Grafik- und Content-Teams zur erfolgreichen Durchführung von E-Mail- und Display-Kampagnen Lieferung nutzer- und suchmaschinenrelevanten Inputs an unser Content-Team Weiterentwicklung des Bereiches Online Marketing hin zu einem Treiber für Brand-Building Qualifikationen Bevorzugt mit Berufserfahrung im Bereich Online Marketing Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen SEO, SEM, Display und CRM Vertrautheit mit Onsite-Analytics Programmen und deren Funktionsweise Analytische Denkweise und strukturierter Umgang mit Zahlen Ergebnisorientierte, kreative und effektive Arbeitsweise Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative und hohe Leistungsmotivation Leidenschaft für die Bereiche Branding, Qualität und Zuhause (Home & Living) Teamfähigkeit und Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen aus verschiedenen Abteilungen Sicherheit im Umgang mit gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen und generell hohe IT-Affinität Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Eine spannende, attraktiv vergütete Vollzeitstelle als Teil unseres Online Marketing-Teams.
