Senior TX Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner | Remote

Responsibilities Handle moderate to complex TX workers' compensation claims with minimal supervision and guidance from the manager. Conduct thorough investigations, manage medical treatment, influence early full return-to-work, guide litigation and control claim outcomes. Negotiate settlements with injured workers and attorneys. Responsibilities also include active file management, effective reserving practices, participation in training activities, presentation of serious claims to committee and supervision of litigated files. Consistently exhibit a high level of customer service and adherence to department Best Practices. Requirements 5 - 7+ years of Workers' Compensation Claims handling experience Must be well versed in Texas Workers’ Compensation Law Litigation experience required Excellent Customer Service and Organizational skills High School Diploma: Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required Salary/Benefits $70,000 to $80,000+ annual based salary (based on experience) Competitive Medical, Dental, and Vision plans Attractive PTO Flexible working hours and ability to work remotely #J-18808-Ljbffr King's Insurance Staffing
