Position Overview

We're on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Ultrasound / Sonography Technologist to join a dynamic team of imaging professionals that delivers exceptional patient care. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a range of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety, thoroughly explaining each procedure with empathy and clarity
• Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging
• Manage and maintain the imaging equipment, promptly reporting any malfunctions
• Thoroughly document procedures and maintain precise patient records within the electronic medical system
• Stay updated on advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent credential
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
