A Day in the Life: Expert Service Full-Body Expertise: Perform high-quality waxing services for men and women following EWC’s proprietary techniques. The Hub Experience: Start your journey as a "Hub-let," learning from our Regional Wax Trainers in a collaborative, high-energy classroom environment. Education & Sales: Educate guests on the frequency of waxing and recommend EWC’s proprietary products to maintain their results at home. Suite Integrity: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and fully stocked wax suite in compliance with all Texas (TDLR) safety and health procedures. Scheduling & Availability Dynamic Scheduling: This role requires flexibility to meet our guests' needs. You will work a variety of shifts and are required to work at least one full weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every week. We are looking specifically to fill shifts on Monday, Thursday, and Sunday mornings. What You Bring The License: A current Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license. The Vibe: You work hard, you’re honest, you’re punctual, and you light up the room! Comfort Level: You are open and comfortable performing all face and body waxing services for both male and female guests. * Note: While full-body waxing for all guests is required, performing Brazilian services for male guests is optional and involves specialized advanced training. You are always paid your hourly base ($9/hr) on top of your sales and tips. Earning Potential: New specialists typically earn $16–$19+ per hour (total comp) after training.
