Contract Recruiting Coordinator

Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive company in Plano, TX seeking an RECRUITING COORDINATOR . This is a CONTRACT position with the potential to go permanent. It requires 100% in-office work. Only candidates who live in the metropolitan Dallas, TX area will be considered. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, sourcing support, and recruiting administration Coordinate high-volume phone screens, virtual interviews, and onsite interviews across multiple teams Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process Manage interview logistics, including calendars, meeting links, onsite details, interview panels, schedule changes, and follow-up communication Maintain accurate employee information and status updates QUALIFICATIONS Workday experience is strongly preferred. Must have at least 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, HR administration, or fast-paced corporate support experience Must be able to manage multiple calendars with strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Must possess strong communication skills and work well within a team.
