Contract Nurse – Long Term Acute Care
Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM Every other weekend rotation
Guaranteed Hours: 0
Contract Weeks: 52
Active nursing license
Experience in Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting
Familiarity with new equipment
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an LTAC setting.
Monitor patient health status and perform necessary interventions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on health management and care transitions.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
10% salary placement fee applies.
Background checks and drug screens may be required.
