Service Advisor – Leith Volkswagen of Cary Leith Volkswagen of Cary invites candidates to join their service team as a Service Advisor. The Service Advisor serves as the liaison between technicians and the parts department, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth service operations. Responsibilities Meet and greet customers with courtesy and efficiency. Provide an outstanding guest experience and obtain customer authorization for work. Write up service needs, give accurate estimates for cost and completion time. Communicate effectively with customers to achieve satisfactory repairs and sales of necessary repair or maintenance services. Apply knowledge of warranty, service, and insurance policies. Keep customers informed and advise them of the prognosis for their vehicle. Call customers to set appointments and answer telephone calls in a timely manner. Attend and complete required training and department meetings. Qualifications High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Current valid driver’s license. Good reading, writing, and math skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service. Ability to work retail hours. Computer proficiency. Compensation Commission eligible role with an average monthly base pay of $3,000 to $10,000, with earnings based on performance.
