Deer Oaks Behavioral Health — Long-Term Care Clinical Services seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to conduct in-person psychiatric evaluations for residents in local LTC facilities. You will develop and adjust treatment plans, prescribe psychotropic medications, and implement Medicare-compliant GDR strategies. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document findings in the EMR, and contribute to ongoing clinician training and case consultations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
