Therapist - Respiratory Therapist

Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide specialized respiratory care to patients with cardiopulmonary conditions. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' respiratory status and perform diagnostic testing.
• Administer inhalation therapies, oxygen, and aerosol treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care techniques and disease management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses.
• Comply with safety standards and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Respiratory Therapist license or credential.
• Possess an active BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Have 1-3 years of relevant respiratory therapy experience.
