Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Medical Surgical/Tele Travel Nurse Opportunity

Provide age-specific, direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical/Tele environment. Deliver nursing services in accordance with departmental standards and patient care protocols, ensuring safe and effective treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient care utilizing the Nursing Process within hospital standards.
• Lead and delegate tasks to other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient management.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant State and Federal healthcare regulations and institutional policies.
• Keep certifications such as ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and de-escalation active and up-to-date prior to the contract start date.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practicing state.
• Possess current ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and de-escalation certifications.
• Demonstrate experience in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry nursing.
• Exhibit strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills.
• Show excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
