RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Lead Facilitator | Environmental Facilitation Services [EPANC006] Lead the facilitation of meetings, workshops, retreats, and training sessions for the EPA’s Office of Transportation and Air Quality (OTAQ). Design and develop detailed facilitation plans, agendas, and materials tailored to the needs of each session. Guide discussions and activities, ensuring that all participants engage effectively and that sessions achieve desired outcomes. Provide post-session reports summarizing key discussions, decisions, and action items. Collaborate with senior leaders to design strategic sessions, ensuring alignment with OTAQ’s goals.
