Job Summary - Assistant Online Community Manager (Pro Bono)
My Serenity Sanctuary Online is looking for a passionate and proactive Assistant Online Community Manager to help cultivate and engage our vibrant online community. In this role, you will support the management of our online platforms, fostering positive interactions and building relationships among community members who share a common interest in self-care, wellness and personal growth. You will assist in moderating discussions, responding to inquiries, and creating engaging content that encourages participation and connection. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing community feedback and insights to enhance user experience and drive community initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a knack for social media, and a genuine enthusiasm for promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.
