Principal Machine Learning Engineer, Agentic AI

Salary: $194,200 - 326,600 per year Requirements:

• We need a masters degree or higher, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, with a focus on building products with frontier multimodal LLMs.
• We are looking for 5+ years of experience deploying large-scale machine learning models, including the last 2-3 years working on agent-based systems, multi-agent collaboration, or similar approaches.
• We want experience creating compelling dialogue systems that support extended conversations, context-aware tool selection, and policy-compliant responses.
• We need experience building AI services that can support hundreds of millions of daily interactions with high availability, low latency, and strong fault tolerance.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, Agents SDK, AutoGen, and production ML infrastructure is important.
• A record of authoring articles, patents, or high-impact research publications is a strong advantage.
• We value strong communication skills and the ability to shape technical direction across teams and present to executive leadership.

• We will have you develop large-scale, fault-tolerant multimodal agent experiences that serve millions of customers.
• We will have you design and build multiple agent interaction modes, including Voice AI and Deep Research.
• We will have you create robust evaluation frameworks, tracing systems, and safety guardrails to keep our AI agents trustworthy and responsible.
• We will have you stay at the leading edge of emerging agentic paradigms and turn them into practical product improvements.
• We will have you lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that connect applied research with highly scalable engineering.
• We will have you translate complex research findings and AI architecture into clear, actionable insights for executives and cross-functional partners.
