Job Description Job Description Job Description The ideal candidate should have experience working with data management, data quality, record review, and administrative or electronic database systems. Duties and desired experience may include: Reviewing, maintaining, cleaning, and validating large datasets or electronic records. Identifying and resolving duplicate, incomplete, inconsistent, or conflicting records. Performing routine data quality assurance and quality control activities. Conducting detailed review and cleanup of historical records to improve data completeness and accuracy. Comparing and reconciling information across multiple data sources or systems. Reviewing and processing incoming electronic or manually reported data. Monitoring data for completeness, timeliness, and accuracy and identifying potential discrepancies or reporting gaps. Researching missing or incomplete information and making appropriate corrections or updates. Assisting with routine data validation and preparation of reports or data submissions. Developing and maintaining spreadsheets, tracking tools, reports, and dashboards used to monitor data quality and workflow. Assisting with improvements to data-management processes and identifying opportunities to reduce repetitive or manual work. Supporting development of automated or semi-automated data quality checks and monitoring tools. Documenting data corrections, discrepancies, and data-management activities according to established procedures. Handling confidential or sensitive information in accordance with applicable privacy, security, and organizational requirements. Working independently on detailed data-review assignments while communicating issues, findings, and progress to program leadership. Collaborating with team members to improve data-management procedures, workflow efficiency, and overall data quality. Preferred experience may include working with databases, electronic records systems, data-management platforms, or large administrative datasets. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are preferred. Experience with SQL, SAS, Power BI, REDCap, electronic health records, or similar data systems would be considered a plus but is not required.
