Las Palmas Medical Center in El Paso, TX seeks a Registered Nurse to join our ER team. In this fast-paced role, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to diverse emergency patients, performing triage, rapid assessments, and evidence-based interventions. The RN will collaborate closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, manage IVs and medications, monitor cardiac rhythms, and maintain accurate EHR documentation. Ideal candidates demonstrate calm under pressure, strong critical thinking, and a commitment to community-focused, patient-centered care within our collaborative environment.
