This is a full-time, on-site role in a dynamic, people-first environment. Your Responsibilities Omnichannel Engagement: Communicate with customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media. Personalized Support: Active listening and empathy are key—you will address concerns and provide tailored guidance to every user. Internal Feedback: Identify customer needs and suggest process improvements to internal teams. Requirements Languages: Native or fluent Portuguese (C1) and proficient English (B2). Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Spain . Experience: Previous background in hospitality, customer service, or financial services is a strong plus. Tech Skills: Tech-savvy with familiarity in Google Suite, MS Office, and CRM tools. Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for customer experience.
