The National Council of Young Men’s Christian Associations of the United States of America is seeking an Assistant Executive Director (AED) for one of Old Colony YMCA's largest branches in Stoughton, Massachusetts. The AED will oversee operations, supervise over 200 staff, and ensure collaboration with community organizations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human services, recreation, or business, and five years of management experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
