Diagnostic Medical SonographerOur client, a leading health system in Frisco, CO, is seeking a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to provide quality patient care and perform high-quality images and exams, acting as a clinical resource and role model for unit personnel.ResponsibilitiesPerforms a variety of ultrasound procedures including, but not limited to, abdominal, pelvic, OB, head, extremity, retro peritoneal, small parts and vascular.May perform cardiac procedures as required by entity.Practices all rules and regulations pertaining to radiation safety, reducing personal and patient exposure to "as low as reasonably achievable" (ALARA).Produces quality images in a complete, accurate and timely manner.Provides information and instruction to patient and/or family regarding the procedure and responds to their physical and emotional needs.Observes patient and equipment during the procedure and reports/documents unusual occurrences and records patient's condition.RequirementsPreferred:High School Diploma/G.E.DARDMS registered RDMS(OB/GYN) or (AB) or (BR); or ARRT registered R.T.(S)(ARRT) or R.T.(S)(BS)(ARRT); ARDMS registered RVT(VT) or ARRT registered R.T.(S)(VS)(ARRT); or ARDMS registered RDCS(AE) or (PE) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCS)BLS through American Heart AssociationAssociate's DegreeBachelor's DegreeOne (1) year of ultrasound experienceFor the state of UT: LRTScheduleFull TimeCompensation$38.72 - $65.21/hourBenefits$10,000 sign-on bonusUp to $8,000 relocation assistance for new hires who meet eligibility requirements$400/month housing stipend for full-time residents of Summit, Park, Eagle, Grand, Clear Creek or Lake Counties, with at least 80% on-site work at a CommonSpirit facility in Summit CountyGenerous benefit package including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision plans, life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and retirement plan benefits.
