Required skills:

- Strong experience leading business and IT resources through the discovery and documentation of business and technical requirements for Request for Solution Proposals (RFSPs).
- Exceptional knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management principles and practices.
- Active PMP certification from PMI.
- Ability to run Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience leading large programs with multiple workstreams.
- Experience working with vendors and implementing vendor solutions.
- Strong experience developing, executing, and managing cloud-hosted SaaS implementation projects.
- Experience with Data Modernization and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) initiatives.
- Experience with VITA High Category Project Management.
- Experience managing complex procurement initiatives involving RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes.
- Experience managing projects to build, replace, and implement Financial Management Systems.
