Assistant Project Manager (Luxury Residential & Commercial)

The Client
Our client is a privately held General Contractor with over four decades in the industry, with a full pipeline of projects in all three counties. They’re looking to add to their Project Management team.
The Projects
Their portfolio spans luxury residential and multifamily construction as well as commercial works covering Class A office, hospitality, education, and municipal projects.
The Position
They’re looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join the team and support some of their exciting projects. Candidates with a background in luxury residential, commercial construction, or mixed-use projects are ideal.
What’s on Offer?
Base salary up to $110K depending on experience, plus benefits including 401k. This is a chance to join one of Florida’s longest-standing General Contractors, with a reputation built over more than 40 years in the industry.
