Requirements: What We’re Looking For Previous HVAC maintenance or service experience preferred EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Experience using HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team
