Position Summary A leading healthcare organization in the South Boston area is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join its growing outpatient Dermatology practice. Position Highlights Full-time outpatient Dermatology role Provide comprehensive dermatologic care, including medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology Opportunity to tailor your practice to areas of interest (medical, procedural, cosmetic, or complex medical dermatology) Collaborative, team-based environment within a multidisciplinary network Access to advanced technology and strong nursing/MA support Commitment to delivering high-quality, culturally competent care for a diverse patient population Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure Excellent communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits Competitive, market-aligned compensation structure Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement Paid CME time and allowance Generous paid time off Professional liability insurance with tail coverage Relocation assistance available, if applicable Compensation Range: $331,495 " $544,566 The final base salary will be determined based on factors such as clinical FTE, qualifications, experience, education, board certifications, specialty, training, and scope of practice. The stated range represents a good faith estimate; eligible incentive compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
