Salesfloor Associate

A Salesfloor Associate position is currently open at our Stuttgart, AR location. Career opportunities may be available to full-time employees. Objectives To be an integral part of our retail sales team by demonstrating excellent customer service skills in our retail store. Our ideal candidate takes pleasure in solving problems, works under pressure, sells to customers and enjoys being part of a team. Primary Tasks and Responsibilities Greet customers and assist as needed Work in various departments as needed Assist customers with home improvement questions and guide them towards the right product(s) Stock product on shelves Keep all products correctly signed and priced Maintain excellent store presentation Be cross-trained to fill in at other departments Assist with refunds and exchanges Qualifications Qualified candidates will have a high school education/GED and 1+ years of retail sales experience or the equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training. Specific product knowledge and sales experience is preferred, but not necessary. A varied schedule will include day, evening and weekend shifts.
