Front of House Team Member

Job Description

The Front of House Team Member will play a vital role in ensuring a positive dining experience in our restaurant by providing excellent customer service, managing orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This position involves interacting directly with guests and supporting smooth front of house operations during typical 6-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests warmly
Take and accurately record customer orders
Operate the point of sale system efficiently
Handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity
Assist with food preparation as needed
Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas
Manage inventory and restock supplies
Collaborate minimally with kitchen staff to ensure order fulfillment

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in hospitality
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service skills
Familiarity with cash register operation
Strong communication abilities

Requirements:

Must have weekend availability
Must be able to work holidays
