Senior Client Delivery Consultant Location: Remote (Dallas Metroplex preferred, not required) Role Summary The Senior Client Delivery Consultant is responsible for ensuring Limetree’s work is delivered clearly, confidently, and with impact. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, owning client delivery from kickoff through completion while staying close to the work itself. The Senior Client Delivery Consultant owns how work moves from strategy to execution, rolling up their sleeves when needed to unblock teams, move work forward, and ensure quality. They serve as the connective tissue between clients and Limetree’s internal experts, with a clear understanding of what has been sold, what success looks like for the client, and how delivery supports ongoing performance. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role for someone who takes ownership, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and is accountable for driving outcomes through direct client‑facing delivery. The Senior Client Delivery Consultant brings structure, oversight, and accountability to how work lands with clients, while preserving the flexibility and collaboration that make Limetree effective. In this role, you will strengthen how Limetree delivers work today by leading complex client delivery, managing cross‑functional teams, and ensuring client work is delivered with clarity, quality, and impact. You will also have the opportunity to deepen your account‑leadership skills by supporting scope development, identifying growth opportunities within client engagements, and contributing to scalable delivery practices. What You’ll Do Own Client‑Facing Services Delivery Own client‑facing delivery plans, milestones, and delivery quality for clients engaging Limetree in ongoing marketing strategy, insights, and services. Ensure client‑facing materials are clear, complete, and aligned with approved scope, strategy, and client expectations Review client‑facing materials for clarity, completeness, and readiness before delivery. Track risks, dependencies, and open questions that affect client outcomes, proactively resolving issues where possible and escalating with recommended next steps when needed Lead Cross‑Functional Execution Coordinate work across strategy, behavioral science, data, media, and creative teams Manage handoffs and dependencies across disciplines and seniority levels Ensure internal teams have the client context, priorities, and timelines needed to move work forward effectively. Push back constructively when priorities, scope, or timelines threaten quality, outcomes, or client expectations Serve as the Primary Day‑to‑Day Client Lead Act as the primary client point of contact for day‑to‑day communication Lead status updates, delivery check‑ins, and in‑flight discussions Prepare or guide agendas, meeting notes, action items, and follow‑up communications to keep clients and internal teams aligned. Partner with subject‑matter experts to ensure specialized work lands effectively Support Growth and Scale Identify delivery risks and client needs beyond what is sold Partner with leadership to shape follow‑up, scoping, or proposal discussions Support account health and retention by bringing visibility to client priorities, recurring themes, risks, and opportunities for improvement Contribute to building scalable client delivery templates and tools that help Limetree deliver work more consistently as the company grows What We’re Looking For Experience managing complex, client‑facing work in healthcare or similarly regulated environments Strong delivery instincts with the ability to translate strategy into execution Comfort pushing back on clients and internal stakeholders when needed Ability to lead through influence rather than formal authority Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills Interest in behavioral science and how insights connect to messaging, strategy, and outcomes Familiarity with marketing workstreams, including campaign development, messaging, creative, media, digital marketing, insights, or performance reporting, preferred but not required Experience working with tools such as Asana and Microsoft applications This Role Is Not… A traditional internal project management or traffic role A sales or business development role A position with direct people management at the outset, though longer term, the opportunity does exist.
