Electrician is responsible for the connection of wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components. Responsible for observing and following all safety regulations with required PPEEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needsAdvise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardousMaintain electrical equipment to meet regulatory codes at the country, state and federal levelsCompetent with programming of VFD'sConnect circuit breakers, transformers, or other components. Must have knowledge of National Electric Code and comply with State and Local building codes when installing, repairing, and maintenance systems. Must have knowledge of safety and OSHA Laws and Regulations. Must have knowledge and be able to work on the following: relay circuits, frequency change, low and medium voltage power circuits, semi-conductor elements, transistors and transformers. Must be able to understand and interpret data presented in statistical or numerical form.
