Key Responsibilities\n

As our Clinical Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in addressing the mental health concerns of our patients. Your daily tasks may include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to determine the mental health needs of students, developing tailored treatment plans that incorporate solution-based interventions.

• Administering various therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices, ensuring to adapt them to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA and other relevant regulations, while also leveraging electronic record-keeping systems to streamline patient information management.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including school psychologists and educational staff, to ensure comprehensive care for each student.

• Participating in ongoing professional development through regular case consultations and peer review meetings, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our clinic.

• Educating students and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.

• Staying current with the latest research and techniques in mental health care, integrating new knowledge into your practice to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on providing support to school-aged children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your efforts will not only promote individual healing but will also contribute to fostering a healthier school environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, particularly in a psychiatric or school-based setting, providing quality psychotherapy services.

• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-focused therapy techniques and assessment tools.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience working within a school environment or with children and adolescents is highly desirable. Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic practices will be viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
