Shipping Associate

Overview Responsible for accurately loading and unloading trailers, verifying route loads, trailer reports, and maintaining the shipping yard. Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jack and forklift. Troubleshoot issues with packing equipment, label machines, tapers, palletizers, etc. Comfortable in a warm working environment. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities Load and unload trailers accurately and efficiently. Verify route loads, generate and review trailer reports, and maintain the shipping yard. Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jack and forklift. Troubleshoot issues with packing equipment, label machines, tapers, palletizers, and related systems. Qualifications At least 18 years of age. 1–3 years of shipping experience preferred. Ability to lift, push/pull up to 50 lbs, and stack/unstack or carry, with standing and/or stooping for prolonged periods. Comfortable in a warm working environment.
