What You'll Do Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of corporate and operational positions. Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including passive candidates. Partner with leaders to understand hiring priorities and build effective talent acquisition strategies. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding. Strengthen recruiting processes, employer brand, and talent pipeline initiatives to support continued growth. Monitor recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes. What You'll Need 3+ years of talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience. Success recruiting for professional, technical, or high-growth organizations. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other recruiting tools. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and follow-through.
