Sr. Professional, Solutions Consultant The Sr. Professional, Solutions Consultant will support the creation of new revenue opportunities and the ongoing success of existing client accounts by applying deep technical expertise of Cotality products and data to solve business problems for our clients. The role requires a thorough understanding of client challenges and collaboration across organizational teams to design and implement optimal solutions. Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of Cotality products and how they are used by customers. Maintain an ongoing pulse on the sales pipeline and provide updates to leadership. Partner with sales to identify revenue opportunities and drive prospects through the pipeline. Collaborate with existing clients to solve complex needs using existing solutions. Ensure internal stakeholders understand client needs. Manage client engagements, documenting scope and detailed requirements of services to be implemented. Validate specifications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements. Present complex client issues and potential solutions to senior and executive leadership. Create and empower a data‑driven culture for continual improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred. 7+ years of experience as a Consultant, Business Process Analyst, or Product Manager in the mortgage servicing industry. Prior leadership or management experience leading cross‑functional projects. Experience collaborating effectively with Product, Marketing, Support, Client Success, Sales, and other business groups. Strong analytical and project management skills with a detail‑oriented, flexible approach to problem‑solving. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to translate business requirements into clear, deliverable specifications. Excellent organizational, facilitation, and project management skills. Strong interpersonal skills for influencing cross‑functional teams and gaining consensus. Strong listening and knowledge‑gathering skills based on questioning. Ability to synthesize and analyze data from diverse sources, identify issues, and craft solutions. Domain knowledge in real estate, preferably origination fulfillment (processing, underwriting, and closing). Extensive knowledge of client base and product and data offerings.
