What You'll Do As a Canine Coach Engage, supervise, and care for dogs in a safe and fun playroom environment Maintain cleanliness and support wellness standards for our pups Use your people and leadership skills to communicate with pet parents and team members Work closely with management to ensure top-tier customer and canine experiences What Makes This Role Different To learn the business from the inside out, you’ll start as a Canine Coach, but we’ll be watching closely for leadership potential. Team leads, shift leads, or anyone with supervisory experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or animal care—we want to hear from you. Those who demonstrate reliability, initiative, and leadership ability will be prioritized for rapid development into Store Lead, Assistant Manager, and General Manager roles. Why Dogtopia?
