Full-time employed Dentist position Join an established community health dental program Primary focus on direct patient care and treatment planning Collaborative, mission-driven organization Support development and implementation of dental programs Supervise and collaborate with dental support staff Participate in rotational phone triage approximately every 3-5 months Attend departmental meetings, trainings, and workshops as required Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive dental care and treatment planning Follow dental protocols, safety standards, and compliance requirements Initiate and review patient referrals Complete timely SOAP documentation Maintain accurate patient records Support organizational mission and patient confidentiality standards Compensation & Recruitment Package: Salary range: $155,000 - $175,000 Job Qualifications: DDS or DMD required California license or eligibility preferred Strong commitment to patient-centered care Professionalism, teamwork, and reliability required Los Banos, California offers a Central Valley community setting with access to regional amenities, outdoor recreation, and nearby metro areas.
