Leasing Specialist — Drive Occupancy & Resident Experience

Avanti Residential is seeking a Leasing Specialist for Polaris Peak in Colorado Springs. You will conduct in-person tours for prospective residents, build rapport, and guide inquiries toward applications, while supporting occupancy and curb appeal. The role requires strong communication, customer service and sales experience, plus proficiency with property management software and leasing platforms.
