Home Health Aide – Dutchess County, NY

$18–$22 per hour | Weekly Pay | Flexible Schedules | Cases Throughout Dutchess County

Rockaway Home Care is hiring certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to support clients throughout Dutchess County, New York .

We have clients across the county, including Poughkeepsie, Wappingers Falls, Beacon, Hyde Park, Rhinebeck, and surrounding Dutchess County communities.

Every client is different, but your role will focus on helping individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Helping with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Providing mobility and transfer assistance

• Preparing meals and assisting with daily routines

• Providing medication reminders as permitted

• Performing light housekeeping related to client care

• Offering companionship and emotional support

• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition

• Completing required care documentation

• Following the client's established plan of care
  

To join the Rockaway Home Care team, you should have:

• A valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate

• Authorization to work in the United States

• A dependable and professional approach to caregiving

• Compassion and respect for the individuals you support

• Strong communication skills

• Previous home care experience preferred, but not required
  

• Competitive pay: $18–$22 per hour
