Senior Manager, Enterprise AI

Leading enterprise AI enablement, the full-time Senior Manager, Enterprise AI will manage the Microsoft M365 Copilot environment, establish governance and standards, and collaborate across departments to design and enhance AI solutions in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities: Own and evolve the enterprise Microsoft M365 Copilot platform to enhance productivity and mission impact Partner with departments to identify AI agent and workflow opportunities, translating business needs into scalable solutions Provide training and support for responsible AI usage and Copilot adoption while establishing governance processes Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, computer science, or a related field; degree in data science preferred 7+ years of experience in analytics, generative AI, or data science with some people management experience Advanced knowledge of analytics, generative AI, and enterprise AI solution delivery Strong proficiency with Microsoft M365 Copilot and related tools Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in enterprise use cases
