Packers – 2nd Shift

Location: Randolph, NJ

Schedule: 2nd Shift | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Pay Rate: $15.92 per hour

Staff Management Group is seeking reliable and hardworking Packers for our client in Randolph, NJ.

The Packer will support daily warehouse and production operations by sorting, assembling, packaging, labeling, and preparing products in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently while meeting quality and productivity standards.

• Perform packaging, sorting, labeling, and general warehouse duties
• Assemble products and materials according to work instructions
• Work on a fast-paced production or assembly line
• Package and label finished products according to company requirements
• Inspect products for visible defects or quality issues
• Organize completed products for the next stage of production or shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions
• Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as needed

• Previous warehouse, packing, assembly, or production experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work as part of a team
