About the Role This role will join the FIS GTM and Sales Enablement organization as a senior member of the Field Enablement team. The Senior Field Enablement Analyst will lead the design and delivery of the solution knowledge, playbooks and on-demand learning our sales organization needs to sell with confidence. Reporting to the Director, Field Enablement, this role owns bringing GTM and product launch content to life for the field through sales playbooks, sales training, video content, e-learning and Power Learning modules delivered through our sales enablement platform (Seismic). The successful candidate will be technology and AI savvy, using AI routinely across different platforms, such as Copilot, Claude, Jasper and Seismic, including AI-enabled role-play, to strengthen seller knowledge and performance, accelerate content creation, improve workflows and drive automation. What You Will Be Doing · Own the creation and maintenance of solution and product sales playbooks, ensuring content is aligned to GTM messaging and launch timelines. · Build, publish and maintain Power Learning modules and knowledge assessments for sellers and presales via our sales enablement platform (Seismic). · Lead the design of AI-enabled role-play scenarios and practice content to support seller readiness ahead of client conversations. · Translate GTM and product launch briefs into field-ready enablement programs, partnering closely with Product Marketing and GTM stakeholders to shape launch readiness plans. · Own the Seismic content and knowledge base, defining and upholding content governance standards so sellers can quickly find current, accurate materials. · Manage Digital Sales Room (DSR) templates and launch communications that accompany new solution releases and connect sellers to relevant enablement content. · Define, track and report on enablement adoption and impact metrics, including playbook usage, knowledge assessment completion and Power Learning engagement, and turn insights into recommendations for leadership. · Lead onboarding and first-year seller enablement programs, including cohort tracking, reminders and completion monitoring. · Own internal field communications, such as newsletters and launch updates, that keep the field informed of new content and programs. · Drive the day-to-day operating rhythm of the Field Enablement function, including status reporting to leadership, prioritization and coordination across priority initiatives. · Act as a trusted voice of the field, gathering seller and presales feedback to continuously improve content and delivery. · Work across multiple platforms and formats to review source content, extract the most relevant information and convert it into clear, engaging learning for sales. · Constructively challenge existing processes and recommend improvements where they can enhance the seller experience, content quality or delivery efficiency. · Identify and lead practical automation opportunities, test improved ways of working and simplify or scale Field Enablement processes. · Create and configure fit-for-purpose AI agents or reusable prompts, where appropriate, to support content processing, learning development and repeatable enablement workflows. · Use AI tools as part of daily work across content, learning and productivity platforms, applying sound judgement to improve quality, speed and consistency. · Apply a practical understanding of sales processes, frameworks, methodologies and CRM workflows when developing playbooks, learning content and seller guidance. · Use emerging enablement technology, including AI role-play, to provide scalable practice opportunities that strengthen seller knowledge, confidence and performance. · Create practical e-learning experiences that convert approved source content into structured, engaging and measurable learning for sellers and presales. · Design and deliver sales training sessions, both virtual and in person where required, to support solution knowledge, launch readiness and reinforcement. · Create short-form learning and enablement videos that make solution knowledge accessible, engaging and easy for sellers to consume on demand. · Produce internal deal-win success stories by gathering input from sellers and translating their experiences into clear, engaging content that shares effective approaches and lessons across the sales organization. · Mentor and guide more junior team members, sharing best practice and acting as a subject-matter expert on enablement tools, content standards and ways of working. Experience and Qualifications · Minimum of 5–7 years of experience plus in sales enablement, marketing, or a relevant sales-facing role, with a proven track record of owning enablement initiatives end to end. · Learning & Development, training delivery or coaching experience is a strong plus. · Proven experience leading content management and content governance processes. · Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships in a global matrix organization, collaborating across functions, regions and stakeholder groups, including senior leaders. · Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex product information for a field audience. · Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. · Technology and AI savvy, with confidence using AI daily across different platforms and a willingness to learn new tools quickly. · Proficient in the Microsoft application suite, especially PowerPoint. · Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail. · Continuous-improvement mindset, with the confidence to question existing approaches and suggest constructive, scalable improvements. · Automation mindset, with hands-on experience creating agents, reusable prompts or streamlined workflows when they add practical value. · Able to review, structure and simplify complex source content, then transform it into effective learning and enablement materials for sales. · Fast learner who can move confidently between platforms, processes and content types. · Solid understanding of what effective sales processes, sales frameworks and sales methodologies look like, and how enablement supports consistent seller execution · Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, such as Salesforce, and how sellers use CRM within the sales process. · Able to apply learning-design principles to create effective e-learning, video and practice-based experiences for sales audiences. · Comfortable presenting and facilitating clear, engaging sales training for virtual or in-person audiences. · Video editing skills, with experience using tools such as Microsoft Clipchamp and Synthesia to create clear, engaging learning and enablement content. · Minimum Bachelor's degree required; a postgraduate degree is a strong plus. Bonus Experience · Direct experience with Seismic or a similar sales enablement or content management platform. · Experience creating e-learning content, assessments or facilitating training sessions. · Fintech or financial services industry experience. · Experience building or configuring AI agents, prompt libraries or workflow automations using tools such as Copilot, Jasper or similar platforms. The pay range for this full-time position is $70,390.00 - $119,670.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
