Due to our success, we are seeking candidates for a Third Shift Machine Operator position. A qualified candidate must display a willingness to learn, pay attention to detail, possess basic computer skills, and have a proven ability to maintain a stable work history. Responsibilities Following quality control specifications Setting up and shutting down machines Running multiple machines at a time Understanding machine components and their purposes Familiarizing oneself with the types of braid designs and materials used Inspecting / troubleshooting issues that may arise while running machines Using cutting devices and basic hand tools Using manual dexterity to set up machinery Measuring products for verification Recording and entering data into a computer Communicating clearly with co‑workers and supervisors Working with others to meet deadlines Requirements High school diploma / GED required Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus A&P Technology is a fun and exciting place to work.
