Overview
TrueShield Auto Glass is looking for an aggressive sales rep to offer auto windshield replacements to customers at one of our local dealership locations, located near the Orlando airport. In this role, you'll actively engage with customers, assess their needs, and provide expert recommendations to ensure their vehicles are safe, functional, and looking great. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills in a fast-paced environment while making a tangible difference in drivers’ lives every day.

We’re looking for an eager individual who is looking to be in charge of their own paycheck. Base pay or commission, whichever is greater.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and identify their auto windshield needs through active listening and consultation
• Conduct on-site assessments to determine the appropriate windshield replacement or repair solutions
• Prepare accurate estimates and explain the scope of work clearly to customers
• Coordinate with the installation team to ensure timely and quality service delivery
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and service reports

Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently
• Proven sales experience or customer service background preferred
• Ability to assess customer needs quickly and recommend suitable solutions
• Motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented with a passion for helping others
• Basic knowledge of automotive glass products and repair procedures is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up
