Injection Molding Process EngineerUS Conec is seeking a skilled Injection Molding Process Engineer to join our Fort Worth team. In this role, you'll lead and optimize injection molding operations, develop and maintain support infrastructure, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. You'll serve as the technical expert for molding systems and equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production.This position is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical engineering backgrounds and hands-on experience in injection molding environments who thrive in fast-paced, precision-driven settings.Responsibilities include developing and testing machinery and equipment, serving as the technical expert for injection molding support infrastructure, acting as a safety leader for all aspects of injection molding operations, diagnosing tooling, processing, or equipment issues, creating procedures and protocols for reacting to machine alarms and press alerts, staying with test runs or new tool startups unless redirected by high-priority production needs, developing standardized processes for process adjustments, new tool introduction, test runs, molding procedures, machine conversions, standardizing communication expectations including startup notifications and issue tracking, and collaborating with shift leads to determine production priorities and scheduling.Must haves include a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, experience with lot number traceability, engineering-grade resins, and specification-driven processes, expertise in injection molding equipment including specifying, upgrading, repairing, and maintaining systems, ability to develop and implement preventative maintenance programs, deep knowledge of auxiliary equipment such as mold water/oil heaters, hot manifold systems, screws, barrels, ceramic barrel heater bands, material drying and conveying systems, and dew-point meters, strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills, safety-first mindset and collaborative approach.What we offer includes competitive base salary with performance-based bonus potential, 4 weeks of PTO to relax and recharge, health, dental, and vision plans to support you and your family, 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match and planning resources, a collaborative, team-based culture focused on innovation and quality, paid holidays and employee recognition programs, opportunities to work with advanced molding technologies and infrastructure systems, STEM outreach and community engagement initiatives.US Conec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
