Our new SaaS Account Manager:

Responsibilities

  • Serve as main point of contact for all assigned clients
  • Support clients in their exploration and use of multiple products and services
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Grow engagement within an organization beyond one contact or department
  • Collaborate with sales team members to ensure smooth transitions of clients and all of their relevant data
  • Manage renewals and additional contract negotiations
  • Enhance client retention through data tracking and strategic action
  • Interface with multiple internal teams to ensure client needs are being met
  • Double down on our data to make sure we’re serving our clients well

Requirements

  • Successful work experience in account management or similar positions
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver client-focused solutions
  • Strong communication skills, including listening, presenting, and writing
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without missing any details
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Confidence and coolness, no matter the pressure
  • Independent and self-driven, taking ownership and following through fully
  • Team player open to learning and collaborating
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in SaaS preferred

Salary : commensurate with experience

Location : Hybrid arrangement at our main office in Herndon, Virginia. (M, T, W in office, R, F remote)
